Forest Bathing sessions with us

There is no wifi in the woods but I promise you will get a better connection !
If your body has been telling you, you are stressed, tired by the speed of the world and maybe even anxious this might just well be the best thing you could try.   

Some people I see already regularly meditate but others have not so don't be put off by the word meditation. All you really need is curiosity and a willingness to see what happens.

Sitting in the forest can be a solitary affair or it can be a shared experience so if you are reading this and feel inclined, then please bring your partner, spouse or a friend.

We are all bound to have some expectations when we head to the forest but these may get between us and our environment, because we are so busy trying to achieve them! much like trying to quit smoking, its all we can then think about.

Often more than one visit will be needed because we will naturally come with expectations: but I can get you started on what might become a life long love which you can take home with you to start sitting in your own local woods.

I will be providing guidance to start you off in the sitting meditation and of course answer questions during the walk. I will also provide a waterproof for you to sit on.

Light rain will not deter us but if the weather is really bad, you have the option of rescheduling.

​At the end of the session your welcome to go through your experience or of course remain entirely quiet.

The only thing you need to bring with you is an open mind!
